Recipe serves 4. You’re feeding 12. Or just you and the dog.

Don’t do kitchen math in your head (ask Lewis about his chili). Paste the recipe into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok:

“Scale this recipe to serve [number]. Keep the same steps, round to measurements I can actually use (cups, tablespoons, teaspoons), and convert anything metric to US measurements. Flag anything that shouldn’t just be multiplied, like salt, spices, or cooking time. Recipe: [paste].”

Baking is pickier than cooking. If it’s a cake or bread, eyeball the numbers before you dump in triple the baking soda.
