“Translate this menu/sign into plain English. For food, tell me what each dish basically is, flag anything spicy or with common allergens like nuts or shellfish, and give me an easy way to say what I want to order. Here’s the photo: [attach].”

If you’ve got a real allergy, still ask the staff. AI translation is good, not perfect.
