Write a polite-but-firm refund or complaint message
Got charged twice, package never showed, or the thing broke on day three? Monday’s a good day to finally deal with it.
Let AI help you write a complaint that’s polite but firm. Try ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok:
“Help me write a short, polite but firm message asking for a refund. Include: what I bought and when, what went wrong, what I want (refund, replacement, or credit), and a reasonable deadline for a reply. Keep it calm. No yelling, no essay. Details: [paste].”
Privacy nudge: leave out card numbers and passwords. The order number is plenty.
Calm and clear gets results way more often than ALL CAPS. ALL CAPS only feels good for about four seconds.
